When you bath, it is advised to bath three to four times a day, each time 10 to 30 minutes is considered the best. Right after meal or bathing for long time is not recommended. It is good to hydrate your-self by drinking tea or water before you go in.

3.It is better to avoid breaks during the bath
To obtain the effect of the hot-spring, avoid using soap and make-up. Breaks during the bath decreases the effects.

4.Procedures for people with neuralgia, chronic rheumatism, paralysis
People with neuralgia, chronic rheumatism, paralysis are recommended to move their affected body parts slowly in the water to increase the effects. People who have arthritis, do not cool their body after the bath.

5.Lie down for an hour after the bath
Lying down for one hour after the bath increases the effect drastically.

6.Advice on drinking the hot spring water
People with chronic coprostasis, hemorrhoid, diabetes can drink slowly from the water once or twice a day with a kosakezuki (Japanese tiny cup).

7.Taking a walk in the forest is also a treatment
In order to boost the effect of hot springs, walking in the forest on a sunny day is highly recommended.
